Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Base64Toolkit ("the site"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. All processing happens in your browser; you are responsible for the data you choose to process and for complying with your organization's policies when handling credentials, tokens, and other sensitive material.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we take care to make the conversions correct and standards-compliant (RFC 4648, RFC 2045), we do not guarantee that results are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify critical outputs independently.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Base64Toolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site — including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or damages resulting from decisions made based on tool output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape/republish its content at scale without permission.

Intellectual property

The site's design, content, and code are the property of Base64Toolkit. The data you process remains entirely yours — we never receive it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
