The short version

Everything you type, paste, or drop into any tool on this site is processed entirely inside your browser. Your text, files, secrets, and tokens are never uploaded to, logged by, or stored on our servers — we do not have servers that receive them. The conversion history feature stores data only in your own browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time with the "Clear history" button.

Information we do not collect

• The content you encode, decode, or convert (it never leaves your device)
• Files you select or drag onto the site
• Accounts, names, or email addresses — the site has no sign-up

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, from which countries, on which devices. This involves cookies and collects data such as your anonymized IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. It never includes the content you convert. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Third-party vendors' use of cookies is described in Google's advertising policies.

Cookies and local storage

Beyond the third-party cookies described above, the site itself stores only two things locally in your browser: your dark/light theme preference and your conversion history (if you use it). Both stay on your device and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.
